What you'll do

• Design, plan, and execute a diverse range of events, including workshops, networking sessions, and conferences, tailored specifically for the LifeTech sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content and programming that highlights the latest trends and innovations in healthcare technology.
• Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including startups, corporate partners, and healthcare professionals, to enhance program offerings and event attendance.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the life sciences industry, using insights to inform program development.
• Oversee the budget for events and programs, ensuring financial targets are met while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote events and increase participation, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
• Gather feedback from participants post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of future programming.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the impact of events and programs on the LifeTech community.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and advancements in healthcare technology to ensure that programs remain relevant and compliant.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in event planning and program management best practices, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Represent Plug and Play Tech Center at industry conferences and networking events, enhancing the organization's visibility and reputation within the LifeTech sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, event management, or healthcare.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or event planning, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from conception to execution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and event management software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to effectively promote events.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in program offerings.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for innovation in the healthcare space.
