What you'll do
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs aimed at accelerating startup growth and enhancing corporate innovation.
- Collaborate closely with startups, corporate partners, and internal teams to identify needs and develop tailored solutions that drive success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program objectives.
- Monitor program progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can inform program development and strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain program documentation, including reports, presentations, and promotional materials to support program visibility and engagement.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to startups, providing guidance on business development, fundraising, and scaling strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote program initiatives and success stories through various channels.
- Identify and engage potential partners, sponsors, and investors to enhance program offerings and support for participants.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the startup or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, innovation methodologies, and corporate partnerships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Finnish or other languages is an advantage.

- Experience in working with accelerators, incubators, or venture capital firms.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience in mentoring or coaching startups and entrepreneurs.
