This role is designed to protect high performance by intervening early in emerging organizational risks while simultaneously building the leadership capability required for sustainable scale. You will act as a direct challenger and trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring that hiring standards remain rigorous and that the definition of "strong" is clear, consistent, and defended for critical roles. The work is intensely practical, favoring scalable approaches over bureaucratic process, and leveraging AI-enabled People infrastructure to create internal clarity without unnecessary complexity. You will simplify complexity rather than convert it into layers of policy, maintaining a bias for action and judgment over passive process adherence. Success in this role is defined by the quality of decisions you influence, the resilience of the leadership team, and the degree to which organizational risks are surfaced and addressed before they become systemic issues.

Champion the use of AI-enabled People infrastructure to support decision quality, transparency, and consistent execution across teams.
Translate business strategy into concrete people practices that align talent, structure, and culture with company objectives.
Conduct direct, constructive stakeholder conversations that address organizational tension without unnecessary politics or avoidance.
Build trust with strong personalities and leadership teams by engaging comfortably with difficult conversations and imperfect realities.
Simplify complex people issues into actionable frameworks that enhance business awareness without adding layers of bureaucracy.
Develop and maintain a deep interest in operational clarity, scalable practices, and modern People tools that serve evolving business needs.

Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is mandatory for this role.
Candidates must bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRBP, Head of People, HRD, organizational partnership, or similar leadership-facing positions.
You must be comfortable challenging stakeholders directly, constructively, and without unnecessary friction even in fast-moving environments.
Your judgment must remain sound in ambiguous situations, maintaining calm, structure, and clarity under pressure.
