This role focuses on helping brands connect with consumers throughout their shopping journey, from initial discovery to final purchase. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives that demonstrate tangible business outcomes for premium clients. The position requires a blend of creative strategic thinking and rigorous analytical execution to unlock revenue potential. You will serve as the primary link between the evolving Pinterest product suite and the commercial ambitions of fashion leaders. Success in this role is defined by your ability to foster trust and become an indispensable partner to your clients. You will leverage data and insights to challenge the status quo and identify untapped opportunities within existing campaigns.

What you'll do
- Oversee and expand a sophisticated book of business, optimizing campaigns and identifying new revenue streams.
- Convert partner objectives and data into actionable performance media strategies.
- Provide guidance on Pinterest ad products, including bidding, targeting, creative, and measurement.
- Facilitate technical discussions regarding API integrations, clean rooms, large product feed management, and multi-touch attribution.
- Conduct client meetings to address complex challenges and present Pinterest-specific solutions.
- Act as a primary advisor to agencies and clients, translating technical processes into clear business value.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to secure long-term revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend adjustments that improve return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to relay feedback and influence future feature development.
- Develop comprehensive account plans that outline growth pathways and key milestones for client success.
- Lead the creation of presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition of Pinterest advertising.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for client communication and campaign management.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Ensure all advertising strategies comply with brand safety and platform policy standards.
- Drive the adoption of new product features that provide a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Background in digital advertising sales or performance media, ideally with eCommerce or performance-focused brands.
- Technical proficiency with feed-based media, clean rooms, and API integrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital ad technologies across Social, Shopping, Search, and Display.
- Ability to independently manage high-value accounts and deliver measurable results.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to enhance productivity in reporting, research, and client communication.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role within the technology or advertising sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or high-growth startups is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and the interpretation of complex datasets.
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
