About the role
Phoenix is a fast-growing telehealth company dedicated to making specialist healthcare accessible to every Canadian through a trusted digital platform. You will partner closely with Principal Product and leadership teams while balancing patient experience, business goals, and technical realities. Success will be defined by your ability to own complex problem spaces, create momentum across multiple initiatives, and consistently ship high-quality experiences that improve patient outcomes and business performance.
