Job description
About the role
The hire will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for key patient journeys within the Phoenix and Raven product suites. They will act as the operational backbone for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering, clinical, pharmacy operations, CX, and marketing teams. This role requires a deep commitment to building a consumer-grade digital experience that feels intuitive and trustworthy to Canadian patients. The hire will apply first-principles thinking and structured frameworks to translate complex user needs into clear product opportunities. Success is measured by improved activation, retention, and lifetime value within a heavily regulated healthcare environment. They will leverage Shape Up methodologies to define appetite, scope, and risk management for active workstreams. Ultimately, this person will bring structure and momentum so that the broader product teams can operate at their highest possible leverage.
