About the role
You will own the end-to-end success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on the PHIL platform, acting as a primary liaison between our clients and internal operational teams. This role requires you to develop and execute detailed engagement plans that ensure seamless program launches and ongoing optimization. You will leverage strategic analysis to interpret program performance, identify risks before they escalate, and drive successful client outcomes. You will translate complex platform data into clear narratives that demonstrate tangible value to stakeholders. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients align their objectives with PHIL's capabilities to maximize therapy accessibility. - Partner with internal product and operations teams to diagnose issues, escalate when necessary, and navigate stakeholder pushback diplomatically.
- Drive data quality initiatives that ensure integrity, accessibility, and reliability of program information within reporting systems.
- Identify friction points in operational workflows and design process improvements that boost efficiency for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with client success and market access teams to coordinate new program launches and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations that help clients optimize their programs for long-term success.

- Work with external partners to align PHIL's digital stakeholder experiences with client commercial and medical strategies.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Acceptable alternative paths include equivalent experience that demonstrates mastery of analytical and client-facing responsibilities.
- Bring 3-7 years of professional experience in client-facing, consulting, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations roles.
- Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments is strongly preferred for contextual relevance.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail that ensures high data integrity.
- Show proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Maintain a data-driven mindset, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Operate effectively as a scrappy problem solver who thrives in ambiguous situations and finds paths forward without clear guidance.
