What you'll do

• Develop innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media graphics, website layouts, and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements and messaging.
• Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for both digital and print formats, ensuring that all designs are optimized for various devices and media.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions that enhance our marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and assist in mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure all design work adheres to these standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs in web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience in creating user-centered designs.
• Previous experience in the tech or gaming industry, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly English and Romanian, is beneficial.
