About the role
Perk is revolutionizing the landscape of business travel and expense management through an innovative platform designed to automate various administrative functions. We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Executive to help broaden our reach in the DACH region. This position encompasses managing the entire sales lifecycle, from generating leads to finalizing agreements, specifically targeting small and medium-sized enterprises.

What you'll do
- Manage a diverse array of incoming and outgoing leads throughout the DACH area, with support from both marketing and sales development teams.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that emphasize solutions and oversee the entire sales process until deals are finalized.
- Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients, articulating how Perk can deliver substantial business value.
- Keep an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accurate sales forecasting.
- Work closely with the Marketing department to boost brand visibility and refine the lead qualification process.
- Engage confidently with a range of stakeholders, from office managers to CFOs, to effectively communicate the value of Perk's offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Perk product and remain updated on new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that can improve overall sales performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to help shape future developments.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Perk's solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a high level of proficiency in English are mandatory for effective communication with DACH clients.
- Proven track record in a sales role, particularly in environments that emphasize phone-based prospecting.
- Strong grasp of B2B solution selling, preferably with experience in managing short sales cycles.
- Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset in achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also thriving in independent settings.
- A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for solving client problems.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Experience in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of the business travel and expense management sector is beneficial.
- Additional languages spoken will be considered an asset.
