What you'll do
- Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes, tools, and best practices in business operations.
- Support the implementation of technology solutions that streamline operations and improve data management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations based on operational analysis.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on operational projects.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that Peridot Group remains competitive and innovative in its operations.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in the technology or consulting sectors.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving projects forward.
