What you'll do

• Conduct thorough analyses of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within various programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that program objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into program performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new operational processes and workflows that enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, making recommendations for adjustments based on data-driven insights.
• Support project management efforts by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new processes, tools, and best practices in program operations.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration on program initiatives, fostering strong working relationships.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing your analytical perspective to help shape the direction of program operations.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to inform decision-making and identify industry best practices.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support senior management in decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in program operations, project management, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall, is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to program operations.
• Proficiency in creating reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or consulting sectors, particularly in roles focused on operations or program management.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Advanced degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are a plus.
