What you'll do

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed financial insights and analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or operations, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP or IFRS.
• Certification in financial analysis or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
