About the role
Pendo is actively searching for a strategic partner to integrate into the Enterprise sales team with the specific mandate of driving pipeline growth through highly targeted regional programs. In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, designing high-touch experiences and account-specific campaigns that effectively convert validated intent data into measurable business outcomes. The role requires a consultative mindset where you translate complex market signals into coherent narratives that support executive decision-making. You will own the end-to-end execution of field initiatives, ensuring that every tactic aligns with the broader revenue objectives of the organization. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and on-the-ground sales execution. You will be responsible for fostering collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure that all activities contribute directly to pipeline creation and deal acceleration. This is a hands-on position that demands operational excellence and a deep commitment to driving revenue through personalized engagement.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner with RVPs and Account Directors to architect and deploy territory-specific account strategies that address unique stakeholder challenges.
- Assume full ownership of dedicated programs for 10 priority accounts each quarter, orchestrating elements such as executive gifting, direct mail, and bespoke content creation.
- Conceptualize and execute approximately three regional in-person events per quarter, managing the full lifecycle from initial targeting and guest list development through to post-event analysis and reporting.
- Leverage intent data platforms to identify high-value buying signals and rapidly translate these insights into structured account programs with clear action plans.
- Liaise closely with the Enterprise demand generation team to ensure that broad marketing campaigns are effectively synchronized with specific field sales initiatives.
- Analyze program performance metrics rigorously and synthesize findings into actionable feedback for the marketing team to refine future messaging, creative assets, and collateral.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile to ensure that field activities consistently target the most promising opportunities.
- Utilize project management methodologies to oversee complex logistics, strict timelines, and comprehensive reporting requirements without sacrificing quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of playbooks by documenting best practices and learnings from both successful and underperforming initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating foundational knowledge applicable to business or marketing disciplines.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning and sales partnership roles, with demonstrable results.
- Possess a proven track record of collaborating effectively with Sales leadership and executive stakeholders to accelerate deal progression and build sustainable pipeline.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities, with the capacity to simultaneously manage logistics, adhere to timelines, and produce accurate reporting.
- Display the ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgments in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
- Have direct experience building and implementing AI-enabled or agentic workflows that enhance personal efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Be fully capable and willing to travel to execute events and meet with stakeholders as required by the regional program schedule.
- Show commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance within all sales and marketing technology platforms used for field operations.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior executives.
Nice to have
- Accumulated previous experience in B2B SaaS event marketing or having worked directly within a sales organization, providing an insider's perspective on deal dynamics.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging intent data platforms to actively shape and refine account-based strategies in real time.
- Prior experience integrating overarching corporate campaigns with grassroots field initiatives to ensure message consistency and impact.
- Skill in building and interpreting enriched account lists to identify secondary opportunities and support targeted outreach efforts.
- Sufficient product knowledge to hold credible, consultative conversations with VPs of Sales regarding specific platform use cases and business value.
- Practical experience with a martech stack that includes Salesforce, Google Suite, Outreach, Clay, and Splash to ensure seamless execution.
