Sr. Data Scientist
Job description
About the role
The GTM Intelligence team at Pendo develops analytical solutions and machine learning models to improve outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of data science projects, from identifying ambiguous business problems to deploying reliable models and ensuring stakeholders can effectively use your findings to make decisions. You will own the end-to-end analytical process, translating raw business needs into structured analytical plans and then into production-grade insights. A core part of your responsibility will be to act as a bridge between technical model building and commercial execution, ensuring your work drives tangible value. You will leverage modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to rapidly prototype ideas and iterate on solutions. Furthermore, you will document your technical work meticulously and create reusable analytical patterns that support the long-term growth of the team. Finally, you will collaborate closely with GTM stakeholders to drive the adoption of your tools and models, ensuring your work is understood, trusted, and actively used.
