Pebl is on the lookout for an HR Experience Specialist who will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, emphasizing both onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and clients alike. This position is pivotal in fostering positive relationships, efficiently managing HR data, and providing expert guidance in human resources. What you'll do
- Oversee and coordinate all facets of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with both internal global teams (such as Immigration and Payroll) and external service providers.
- Serve as a regional specialist, offering expert support to clients by addressing their inquiries and advising them on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and various HR-related matters.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships in partnership with the client services team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Strive to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction among supported employees through a customer-centric approach.
- Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring swift onboarding timelines and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Maintain and audit all HR records meticulously, including personal files, onboarding and offboarding documentation, contracts, and job-specific materials.
- Ensure that all HR processes comply with local employment laws and proactively identify any areas requiring correction.
- Stay informed about relevant Collective Agreements and collaborate with appropriate teams to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams that require regional expertise, contributing to the maintenance of the Knowledge Base and supporting Product Development initiatives.
- Identify potential challenges, assist in conducting root cause analyses, and escalate issues to the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Provide support to other business areas as necessary within a rapidly growing company environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating a solid background in the field.
- Proficiency in English, with a strong business communication capability.
- A research-oriented mindset with outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, able to quickly grasp new information.
- Exceptional presentation skills, along with strong verbal, written communication, and active listening abilities.
- Proficient in technology, particularly with the Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Skills in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations.
- Advanced understanding of employment law and its application in HR practices.
- A compassionate and approachable personality, demonstrating empathy towards others.
- A commitment to attentiveness and integrity in all interactions.
- An interest in international business and a dedication to making significant contributions to the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services or HR Outsourcing would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
