This position is a critical leadership role within the Network organization at Pebl, focused on the strategic oversight and operational integrity of the global partner ecosystem. The hire will be responsible for owning the complete lifecycle management of In-Country Partners (ICPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring alignment with local regulations and corporate standards. They will drive the end-to-end execution of partner sourcing, activation, and governance to support the company's rapid global expansion. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks across a distributed network spanning multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Global Vendor Specialist will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain service excellence. What you'll do
Establish and lead end-to-end RFP processes to discover, evaluate, and integrate new global partners across priority and existing markets.
Design and manage partner reactivation strategies, conducting thorough due diligence and executing contract refresh cycles for dormant relationships.
Analyze and respond to expansion requests from sales and regional teams, developing structured sourcing plans for new territories and service gaps.
Own the negotiation of localized partner agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Service Level Agreements within defined authority levels in collaboration with Legal.
Serve as the definitive internal expert on partner contractual rights, obligations, and service boundaries to prevent scope ambiguity and unauthorized cost exposure.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks and rules of engagement that standardize interactions with the global partner network.
Act as the central communication hub and advocate, coordinating closely with internal functions such as Payroll, Employee Experience, Product, and Onboarding to ensure seamless partner integration.
Monitor key performance indicators and service levels, escalating contractual breaches and high-risk operational issues to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting partner sourcing, vendor due diligence, and governance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Maintain and evolve the Partner Knowledge Base, ensuring that all partner profiles, engagement terms, and rules of engagement are accurate, current, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in global partner management, vendor operations, or a related role within a multinational corporation, EOR, or PEO environment.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in managing the full RFP lifecycle, negotiating vendor contracts, and stewarding multi-party relationships across a variety of legal jurisdictions.
Comfortably operate within established corporate frameworks while exercising independent judgment to resolve day-to-day partner and contractual matters.
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to represent organizational interests with clarity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity across international markets.
Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail, with a documented history of managing complex operational pipelines and governance structures without error.
Show proficiency in core Google Workspace applications and comfort working within enterprise-level software systems; prior experience with Airtable, NetSuite, or dedicated partner management platforms is advantageous.
Thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team setting, effectively managing multiple concurrent priorities and shifting deadlines with resilience and structure.
