What you'll do

• Orchestrate end-to-end program management for concurrent initiatives spanning Information Security, Technology, and AI while preserving clarity on scope, schedule, and interdependencies.
• Construct and sustain detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines using Jira, Asana, or MS Project to track progress and forecast delivery dates.
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scheduling conflicts across workstreams to stakeholders before they impact delivery outcomes.
• Maintain a current RACI matrix across all active programs to clarify ownership, highlight accountability gaps, and drive resolution.
• Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and follow-through for cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and stakeholder meetings across G&A, R&D, and InfoSec/Technology.
• Manage action item tracking and follow-up across all programs, ensuring commitments are documented, owners are assigned, and deadlines are met.
• Act as the operational coordinator for AI initiatives, managing meeting cadence, tracking decisions and action items, and driving completion of assigned tasks.
• Develop and maintain program status dashboards and executive-level reporting that conveys performance, issues, and forecasts in a concise format.
• Produce regular program health reports that highlight progress, risks, and decisions required, tailored for specific audience needs.
• Own stakeholder communications for program milestones, delays, and escalations, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
• Build and maintain metrics frameworks for the IT and Information Security functions, tracking operational KPIs, SLA performance, and program velocity.
• Develop reporting that makes program and operational metrics visible to leadership on a consistent cadence, enabling data-driven oversight.
• Partner with Information Security and IT management to define meaningful metrics that reflect program health beyond simple activity tracking.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or IT environment, demonstrating delivery against complex initiatives.
• Hold a PMP certification or be actively pursuing the credential with an expected completion date within 12 months of application.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs independently with minimal oversight, balancing priorities and resources.
• Show experience building and maintaining RACI matrices, project plans, and executive status reporting across complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exhibit proficiency in at least one project management tool such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project to organize work, track progress, and report outcomes.
• Display experience with metrics reporting and data visualization using tools like Tableau, Snowflake, or similar BI platforms to turn data into insight.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speaking, moving comfortably between crisp executive summaries and detailed working session facilitation.
• Operate comfortably in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where structure must often be created rather than inherited from existing playbooks.
• Possess prior experience with Information Security, IT operations, or project governance programs within a technology environment to contextualize discussions and decisions.
