Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and operational design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, workflow management systems, and AI technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills, capable of creating clear and comprehensive process maps and guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and influence stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and drive to see projects through to completion despite challenges.
• Experience in data analysis and system integration is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or VBA for automation tasks.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).

• Experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
