Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead the formulation and management of strategic themes for the department, including the integration of AI technologies.
• Develop and oversee budget plans aligned with strategic initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Facilitate communication and negotiations with stakeholders to align organizational goals with departmental strategies.
• Manage small-scale projects, coordinating with various department heads to ensure successful execution.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks to enhance customer security and compliance with regulations.
• Optimize processes related to customer verification (eKYC) and fraud prevention, employing data analytics for improved accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and streamline workflows.
• Conduct thorough analyses of operational data to identify areas for enhancement and propose actionable solutions.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at automating operational tasks through AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business planning and project management within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle from problem identification to implementation.
• Strong skills in cross-departmental coordination, logical reasoning, and issue resolution.
• Basic understanding of data management and operational systems.
• Experience in budget management related to projects or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Familiarity with risk management practices, particularly in financial services or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on deriving insights to inform decision-making.

Practical notes

• This position is full-time and requires a hybrid working arrangement, with specific in-office days based on team needs and directives.
• The work schedule follows a super-flex system with no core hours, allowing for flexible start and end times around a standard workday of 9 AM to 5:45 PM.
• Employees are entitled to weekends, public holidays, and additional time off during the year-end period, as well as company-designated holidays.
