What you'll do
- Work closely with various commercial teams to design and implement dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL and Python.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders in finance, sales, and operations, addressing their data-related inquiries and automating processes where possible.
- Oversee and enhance the functionality of Zoho CRM by managing workflows, custom fields, assignment rules, and ensuring data integrity.
- Standardize and validate data related to merchants and customers, including geolocation, contact information, and names, to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to leadership, ensuring that insights are clearly communicated and actionable.
- Adapt to changing business priorities by taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization's goals.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Assist in training team members on data tools and best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented data solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a similar field is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM administration, business operations, or data analysis is essential.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake, is necessary for this role.
- Experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas, are required.
- Ability to tackle problems using incomplete or ambiguous datasets, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Hex would be advantageous.
- Experience in the retail or fintech sectors, especially in field sales operations, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming can enhance your contributions to the team.
