What you'll do
- Lead the management and strategic development of a specific segment within the Ad Tech platform, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and client needs.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams - including AdOps, Sales, Engineering, Analytics, and Data - to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Translate complex business requirements, operational workflows, and technical specifications into clear, actionable product features and user stories.
- Conduct thorough product discovery activities, including market research, user interviews, and data analysis, to identify new opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on high-impact features that deliver measurable value.
- Drive the design and implementation of system improvements aimed at increasing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of ad campaigns and related processes.
- Prioritize initiatives by assessing their potential impact on campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and operational workflows, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
- Use data analytics and experimentation to evaluate product performance, establish success metrics, and inform iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared understanding of project goals.
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in current workflows, and develop solutions to streamline processes related to campaign management, pricing, delivery, and demand generation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, especially in the context of healthcare advertising and digital health solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in ad tech and healthcare to keep the product competitive and innovative.
- Maintain a focus on delivering measurable improvements in product performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and training of team members and stakeholders on new features and processes.
- Prepare and present regular updates on product progress, challenges, and upcoming initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record managing ad tech products or platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and analytics.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic importance, balancing multiple competing demands.
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and working within Agile development frameworks.
- Familiarity with digital advertising workflows, campaign management, and programmatic demand is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare or digital health technologies is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
