3PL Operations Associate
Job description
About the role
You will own the daily oversight of third-party warehouse performance across a growing network of partners, ensuring every order is processed accurately and meets contractual service levels. This role requires you to act as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving operational issues before they impact customers or partners. You will leverage data from multiple systems to track key performance indicators, investigate anomalies, and drive corrective actions with minimal supervision. The position demands a high level of ownership where you follow issues from detection through resolution and document every step for transparency. You will translate complex operational data into clear insights that hold 3PL partners accountable and support strategic decision-making. Success in this role means you actively improve processes, propose automation, and contribute to standardized operating procedures that scale with the business. You will present findings to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment on performance expectations and improvement plans. This is a hands-on role where your work directly influences network reliability, partner satisfaction, and customer experience.
