Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred; candidates with the ability to obtain licensure will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management in engineering projects.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards in all aspects of project management.
Nice to have
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
- Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) and other relevant engineering software.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
