Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree and will obtain your degree by the start of the role. You bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in operational contexts, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex environments. You balance analytical thinking with comfort using complex software, showing proficiency across technical and operational domains. You communicate clearly with diverse teams under tight deadlines, maintaining professionalism and clarity. You translate ambiguous problems into concrete implementation plans, showing strong ownership and execution capabilities. You are comfortable working with data-driven decision frameworks and can synthesize information from disparate sources. You demonstrate resilience and adaptability when engaging with challenging problem spaces. You are authorized to work in the United States and will provide documentation at hire.
