In this Deployment Strategist role, you will serve as the critical bridge between high-level institutional ambition and the tangible execution of data-driven solutions within complex operational environments. You will own the end-to-end deployment process, transforming abstract hypotheses about data usage into concrete, operational realities that deliver measurable impact. Your work will involve synthesizing disconnected streams of thought and operational workflows to identify the single most critical problem that data can help solve. You will act as an architect of action, designing the sequences and structures that translate strategic intent into functional data architectures and user behaviors. You will guide stakeholders through rigorous review sessions, ensuring that logic and design hold up against real-world constraints and mission-critical requirements. Ultimately, you will empower partner organizations to make better decisions by ensuring deployed tools are adopted, extended, and sustained in the field when decisions matter most.

Requirements

You bring three to five years of experience working inside complex institutions. You handle disconnected information streams and turn them into clear structures. You understand how software operates inside environments where choices have weight. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders under tight timelines. You hold a deep sense of user context when evaluating what the system should do. You are comfortable operating in environments where operational failure has serious consequences and where data integrity is paramount. You possess the discipline required to manage ambiguity while maintaining a clear line of sight on deployment objectives. You demonstrate resilience and adaptability when navigating bureaucratic, hierarchical, and highly regulated organizational landscapes. You exhibit strong judgment in determining which data inputs are essential for driving valid and actionable outcomes. You are willing to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that the human and operational dimensions of deployment are never overlooked. You maintain strict adherence to data governance standards throughout the deployment process. You are able to operate independently with minimal supervision while aligning with cross functional team priorities.

Practical notes

Please specify your willingness to relocate to Madrid, Spain and obtain a work visa if you are not already authorized to work in Spain. You must be available to work 40 hours per week. This role requires travel to client sites as needed to conduct review sessions and observe workflows within complex operational environments. Travel may include international destinations depending on partner requirements and mission needs. You must be eligible to work in the country assigned for the duration of the engagement. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and reference verification. You are expected to commit to the full duration of the deployment lifecycle for each engagement you support. Deadlines for intake and deployment milestones are driven by partner mission timelines and cannot be extended once operational constraints are established.
