Requirements

You must possess a strong intuition for product behaviour combined with deep user empathy, which is essential for success in navigating ambiguous problems where requirements emerge through conversation and observation. Experience in this role requires the ability to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of problem significance, data meaning, and product needs. You must demonstrate a proven capacity to partner with client teams and explore data while diving into product landscapes to enable scaling efforts. A selected number of Deployment Strategists may be deployed to Palantir internal teams and problems, requiring adaptability to shifting priorities and internal mission demands. You must show a history of working in environments where decisions directly impact public safety, operational continuity, or critical service delivery. The ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured problem statements is a hard requirement for this position. You must be comfortable working within constraints while still driving toward impactful, minimal viable solutions that deliver early value.
