What you'll do
Architect and maintain the core systems that identify, engage, and convert business opportunities across digital channels.
Design and optimize the workflows governing customer billing, sales proposals, and the integration layers connecting to CRM ecosystems.
Engineer the foundational technology stack that enables growth and sales teams to leverage artificial intelligence in their daily operations.
Develop a centralized framework for lead management that tracks prospects from initial discovery through successful onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with partner teams to eliminate friction points and ensure the growth engine operates with high reliability.
Deploy advanced tracking and reporting structures that deliver actionable, real-time visibility into performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Implement data validation processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of opportunity information within the growth systems.
Establish standardized definitions and documentation for growth initiatives to align technical implementation with business outcomes.
Optimize the technical architecture to support rapid experimentation and iterative improvements to the customer journey.
Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and go-to-market teams to translate strategic priorities into executable projects.
Integrate third-party data sources and enrichment tools to enhance the quality and depth of the lead lifecycle management process.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 4 years of cumulative experience in product management, engineering, or go-to-market operational roles.
Hold at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer or technical builder.
Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering impactful software solutions that address complex business problems.
Exhibit strong product intuition with clearly articulated opinions on what constitutes successful product-market fit.
Showcase a deep understanding of customer needs derived from direct research and qualitative feedback analysis.
Utilize both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to inform strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Navigate high levels of ambiguity while maintaining focus on achieving clearly defined goals independently.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and persuasive to diverse audiences.
Engage comfortably in technical discussions regarding product architecture, system design, and implementation trade-offs.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage the full spectrum of the sales pipeline and customer interactions.
Leverage customer data platforms like Clay to unify profiles and enrich lead information for targeting.
Employ sales engagement platforms such as Apollo to automate outreach and streamline communication sequences.
Implement and configure AI technologies to enhance forecasting, personalization, and decision support capabilities.
