Owner is on a mission to create an AI-driven platform designed to empower local businesses, starting with the restaurant industry. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping how new product features are introduced to our customers, ensuring that they can easily grasp and utilize our innovations without feeling overwhelmed by the information.

What you'll do
- Design and oversee the entire process for launching new product features, determining the updates that will be communicated to customers and the manner in which they are delivered.
- Monitor and enhance the adoption rates of features that necessitate customer involvement, establishing clear objectives and refining strategies to meet those goals.
- Create a consistent release timeline for customers, which may involve regular newsletters and feature highlights akin to Shopify Editions, in addition to in-product notifications.
- Manage comprehensive product launches across multiple communication platforms, including marketing campaigns, in-product messaging, customer testimonials, internal knowledge repositories, and support documentation.
- Link customer success stories and evidence to Owner's overarching platform narrative, showcasing the value that extends beyond individual features.
- Work closely with the Enablement team to develop ongoing initiatives that keep Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams informed and confident about product updates, moving beyond conventional training methods.
- Engage in the initial phases of product development, from defining new features to ensuring that go-to-market strategies and messaging are integral to the process from the very beginning.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product launches are cohesive and that all stakeholders are aligned on messaging and objectives.
- Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of product launches and customer engagement strategies, using data to inform future initiatives.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure a unified approach to product marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in technology marketing, with a focus on product marketing or go-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing a launch system that significantly increased customer awareness and adoption while being mindful of customer time constraints.
- A keen interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to enhance go-to-market strategies, along with innovative ideas for leveraging AI to improve efficiency and precision.
- A well-defined understanding of how go-to-market strategies should evolve as AI streamlines engineering processes and accelerates product development timelines, along with strategies to empower customer-facing teams without relying heavily on extensive training.
- Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and workflows effectively. Experience in collaborating with or directly managing enablement for customer-facing teams to ensure they are well-prepared to discuss product updates.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive messages for both customer-facing and internal audiences.
