- Execute a strategic sourcing plan that generates a robust pipeline of engineering candidates aligned with current and future hiring demands.
- Conduct deep-dive market intelligence initiatives to analyze the competitive engineering landscape and map target companies for ideal candidate profiles.
- Design and deploy innovative, data-informed sourcing strategies that leverage Boolean logic, digital footprints, and passive candidate engagement techniques.
- Initiate and manage high-volume candidate outreach campaigns, crafting authentic and compelling messages that articulate our company mission and team culture.
- Implement and refine sophisticated outreach sequencing workflows to optimize touchpoints and maximize response rates from identified prospects.
- Establish and monitor comprehensive sourcing performance dashboards, analyzing response rates, conversion metrics, and channel efficiency to inform strategic pivots.
- Build and maintain a sophisticated talent map of the engineering ecosystem, identifying key influencers, clusters, and emerging hubs for future hiring initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct mock interviews and provide detailed feedback on candidate marketability and competitive positioning.
- Proactively manage diversity in sourcing streams, ensuring equitable access to opportunities and challenging homogeneity in candidate pools.
- Utilize advanced talent mapping methodologies to visualize networks, identify hidden gems, and predict future talent availability in specialized engineering domains.
- Continuously experiment with new sourcing channels and technologies, documenting best practices and scaling successful approaches across the engineering organization.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sourcing activities, decisions, and outcomes to ensure process transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Champion the employer brand at the individual contributor level, ensuring every interaction with a candidate reflects the values and professionalism of the Owner team.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a demonstrable history of successfully building pipelines for top-tier engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, including boolean search strategies, candidate segmentation, and relationship building features specific to technical roles.
- Show expertise in leveraging a variety of AI recruiting tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance candidate matching, and provide predictive insights for sourcing success.
- Apply talent mapping techniques to identify and engage clusters of high-potential candidates, understanding how roles interconnect within the market.
- Utilize outreach sequencing platforms to automate and personalize communication cadences, ensuring a professional and persistent candidate experience.
- Adopt a rigorously data-oriented approach, meticulously tracking response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance to identify trends and drive continuous improvements in sourcing efficiency.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities, managing extensive candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent engineering roles while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate as a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual, taking full ownership of tasks and proactively identifying solutions to complex sourcing challenges without constant supervision.
