Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven history of building pipelines for top-tier engineering talent.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting platforms, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing software.
- A results-oriented approach, utilizing data such as response and conversion rates to drive improvements.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines for various roles concurrently.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and detail-conscious, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
