What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Execute trades on behalf of clients while providing real-time market insights and analysis to inform their trading decisions.
• Collaborate with the trading desk to optimize execution strategies and improve overall trading performance.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and conducting market research to understand their needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing Otcflow's trading solutions and services.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide clients with timely information that may impact their trading strategies.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing market share.
• Utilize trading platforms and tools to execute trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring minimal errors.

• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise in sales trading.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales trading or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
• Additional language skills are a plus, particularly in Dutch or French.
• Previous experience in a fintech or trading technology company.
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis.
