Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales trading role or a similar position within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of OTC trading and financial markets, with the ability to analyze and interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and tools, with a strong aptitude for technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
