What you'll do

- Contribute to the development of security awareness programs to educate employees about the importance of security in AI applications.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the security posture of Oscar Health's AI systems and processes.
- Report on security metrics and provide insights to leadership regarding the effectiveness of security initiatives and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on AI systems and applications.
- Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies relevant to AI and machine learning.
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a focus on secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and experience securing AI applications deployed in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about security challenges in AI.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
