What you'll do
- Drive the development and execution of partnership strategies designed to grow ICHRA product adoption across national markets and regions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partner organizations that align with Oscar Health's ICHRA growth objectives and long-term expansion plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, underwriting, and compliance to ensure all partnership initiatives meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing national partners, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expanded engagement and deeper collaboration.
- Analyze partnership performance data to assess growth trends, conversion rates, and areas where the approach can be optimized for better results.
- Represent Oscar Health at industry events, conferences, and meetings with prospective and current partners to build visibility and trust.
- Develop materials and presentations that clearly communicate the value of ICHRA products to partner organizations and their client bases.
- Coordinate with the sales organization to align partnership efforts with broader go-to-market plans and revenue targets.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market shifts that may impact ICHRA positioning, partner strategy, and overall growth direction.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership on partnership pipeline, progress, and results to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within the health insurance or healthcare industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of health reimbursement arrangements, ICHRA products, or similar employer health benefit solutions is required for this role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders at the national level over time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex product and regulatory concepts to diverse external audiences clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is expected.
- Comfort with data analysis and using performance metrics to guide partnership decisions and prioritize growth initiatives.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and partner visits across the United States as needed.

- Prior experience working with employer groups or brokers who distribute health reimbursement products and value-added services.
- Familiarity with health insurance regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and IRS guidelines relevant to ICHRA and similar arrangements.
