What you'll do
Design, lead, and deliver complex technology consulting projects spanning digital transformation, technology strategy, systems implementation, data, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and related focus areas.
Manage defined project workstreams, including detailed work planning, task coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, and the on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to deeply assess business needs, technology capabilities, operating models, industry trends, and potential solution options to inform strategic decision-making.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather detailed requirements, validate critical findings, and build alignment around proposed technology solutions.
Lead the comprehensive documentation and validation of business, functional, technical, data, and user requirements to ensure clarity and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
Assess current-state systems, applications, processes, data flows, integrations, controls, and technology operating models to identify significant gaps, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Design future-state processes, target technology solutions, ideal operating models, detailed implementation roadmaps, robust governance structures, and clear performance measures for client adoption.
Support technology selection activities, including conducting market scans, performing vendor assessments, managing requests for proposal, evaluating solution fit, and comparing strategic options.
Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, reports, process maps, requirements documents, business cases, and detailed implementation plans that communicate value to senior leadership.
Lead or support system implementation and transformation initiatives, including detailed planning, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, change readiness, and ongoing post-implementation support.
Manage active project governance activities, such as status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, resource coordination, and structured stakeholder communications.
Translate highly complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with diverse client stakeholders, communicating confidently with project teams, managers, senior leaders, vendors, and technical specialists.
Identify emerging project risks and issues early, recommend effective mitigation strategies, and appropriately escalate concerns to ensure project success and alignment with client goals.
Support data analysis, reporting, and visualization activities using appropriate tools to inform decision-making and effectively measure project outcomes and value realization.
Support proactive business development activities, including opportunity identification, solution proposal development, solution design, project scoping, and the preparation of compelling client-facing materials.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the firm's intellectual capital, methodologies, tools, accelerators, and reusable assets to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrate a strong foundational understanding of enterprise technology, including core systems, applications, and infrastructure components that drive business value.
Bring a minimum of eight years of progressive consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing complex technology engagements from initial scoping through successful delivery.
Showcase at least eight years of hands-on experience with technology solutions, including systems implementation, process optimization, and the translation of business needs into technical requirements.
Exhibit a minimum of eight years of experience leading and managing project workstreams, including planning, coordination, risk management, and the delivery of high-quality outputs.
Have a minimum of eight years of experience working directly with client stakeholders, including senior executives, to build relationships and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
Show strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and executive-level presentations and documents.
Hold a valid driver's license and be fully eligible to drive in the province of Ontario, as this role may require local travel to client sites within the region.
Nice to have

Practical notes
This role is based in Toronto and requires local travel to client sites within the region.
Full-time commitment is required for this position.
