Strategic Cloud Partner Enablement Lead
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary enablement and success lead for a portfolio of strategic cloud platforms, owning the end-to-end strategy and execution that activates partners to co-sell and deploy customer solutions at scale. This role requires you to develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, priorities, audiences, existing learning infrastructure, and strategic relationship with our company so that you can translate those insights into tailored enablement programs. You will build trusted relationships with partner leaders, alliance teams, enablement stakeholders, sales organizations, technical communities, and post-sales teams, leading ongoing planning conversations, enablement reviews, stakeholder check-ins, and executive updates to maintain alignment. As a trusted advisor, you will shape strategy, guide partners toward sustained success, and translate complex AI capabilities into practical learning experiences and persuasive enablement sessions rather than acting as a traditional trainer or quota-carrying account manager. You will identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and emerging partner needs, then coordinate the right internal and partner stakeholder responses to turn joint priorities into measurable customer and business outcomes.
