Senior Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will join a product-focused engineering team dedicated to transforming mental healthcare through technology, taking full ownership of features that move from initial concept to production deployment. In this hands-on role, you will contribute directly to the development of a modern platform, working across the full stack and collaborating closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and user needs. You will shape both the technical direction and the user experience by making informed architectural decisions that balance innovation with reliability and performance. Your daily work will involve writing high-quality code while thinking strategically about product impact, scalability, and real-world outcomes for the end users in the healthcare space. You will actively leverage and integrate AI tools into your daily workflow, using them to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving capabilities. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment where technical excellence meets meaningful product outcomes. You will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members and contribute to engineering best practices that uphold our commitment to quality. Your work will have a direct international impact, serving premier clients from the United States and Europe through pioneering digital solutions.
