What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the industry.
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine product offerings, ensuring they meet user expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes, to facilitate clear communication across teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights and foster collaboration, ensuring that all perspectives are considered in product development.
- Support marketing efforts by providing product knowledge and insights, assisting in the creation of promotional materials and training resources.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure effective project management and team alignment.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior team members, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams to create user-centered products.
Nice to have
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of software development processes and familiarity with technical concepts.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or a fast-growing tech company.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German or French, is a plus.

Skills & tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
