What you'll do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams to create user-centered products.

Nice to have

• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of software development processes and familiarity with technical concepts.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or a fast-growing tech company.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German or French, is a plus.
