Account Executive (Industrial Fire Prevention & Predictive Maintenance)
Job description
About the role
This position is for a founding Account Executive in the United States to spearhead commercial growth for an industrial deep-tech company specializing in fire prevention and predictive maintenance. The hire will own the end-to-end sales cycle, acting as the primary revenue generator through proactive hunting and consultative engagement with industrial stakeholders. You will translate complex technical and safety value propositions into compelling commercial narratives for risk-aware plant and operations leaders. Success requires building pipeline from scratch using your personal and professional network as the core engine for deal origination. You will operate with significant autonomy, helping to define the sales process while maintaining strict discipline in forecasting and CRM hygiene. The role demands comfort with ambiguity in a developing market, where your insights will directly shape go-to-market strategy for the US region. You will represent the company in customer environments, at trade shows, and with partners to secure and expand business. Ultimately, this position offers the opportunity to establish a foundational book of business and grow into a leadership role as the US team scales.
