What you'll do

Configure integrations with third-party systems, including APIs and connectors, to enable reliable data exchange. Build and maintain Insights Dashboards using Power BI reporting and visualization to support stakeholder decisions.

Scan, classify, and map data inventory to support discovery and align solutions with customer objectives. Own end-to-end technical implementation and guide customer adoption from kickoff through go-live to meet business goals. Monitor platform adoption to communicate needs and drive product improvements.

Triage, prioritize, and drive resolution for escalated technical issues to minimize business impact.

Diagnose and resolve technical challenges using broad experience across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.

Transfer ownership and action plans back to responsible teams to ensure continued success.

Requirements

Hold a BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Web Design/Development, Engineering Management, or Information Technology/Systems. Experience working with HTTP, SSO, SSL certificates, networking, and API integrations is required.

Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, and familiarity with Jira/Atlassian Suite. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo, and ServiceNow is preferred. Possess effective customer-facing relationship-building skills and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customers.

Engage successfully across corporate functions including Sales, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, and Product Management. Bring previous end-to-end implementation experience, ideally on a SaaS platform or product.
