What you'll do
You will set user stories that capture real needs across onboarding, trading, and wallet flows. Running interviews and tests will validate concepts before iterating prototypes toward engineering handoff. You will guide visual language and interaction patterns to ensure alignment with brand standards and product strategy. Coordinating with engineering, product, and research teams will refine scope, surface risks, and keep delivery on track. Defining design systems components and tokens will enable scalable, consistent experiences across web and mobile. You will partner with data teams to set experiments, interpret results, and drive evidence-based improvements. Translating the OKX roadmap into clear design specs is essential, along with managing stakeholder input while preserving user clarity. Leading critiques and synthesis sessions will be required to present rationale and trade-offs to leadership and peers. You will own the usability and accessibility of your feature from concept through launch and post-release monitoring. Supporting junior designers through mentorship, design reviews, and constructive feedback will strengthen the team.
Requirements
You hold at least years of experience in product design, with a strong track record in consumer apps. Demonstrating mastery of design tools and methods is necessary, showing how your work improved outcomes for users and the business. You will communicate clearly in English, both in writing and during stakeholder discussions across time zones. Approaching problems analytically is required, balancing qualitative insights with quantitative signals to inform decisions. Managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and consistency in your output is mandatory.

What You'll Be Doing
Leveraging data, insights, and user feedback will bring human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys. Generating ideas quickly and connecting regularly with customers will validate directions. Participating in design critiques and presenting work in product leadership feedback meetings will be part of the routine. Proactively partnering with design leadership will influence strategic decisions, improve the overall Pay experience, and ensure consistency. Stakeholder management is very important to succeed in this role. Raising the bar for UX craft and users, you will own end-to-end design responsibilities, ensuring coherence and quality at every stage.
