About the role

This position owns the frontend architecture for growth initiatives. You will translate global requirements into resilient user interfaces and guardrails. The role requires collaboration across markets, aligning design, logic, and compliance.

Location is Singapore, Singapore. Engagement is full-time. Compensation is 240,000 SGD.

What you'll do

You will design scalable UI foundations that serve diverse markets and product contexts. Coordinating with data and growth teams, you will define tracking strategies and error boundaries. You will implement AI-assisted workflows using agents to generate assets and validate patterns. Building reusable component libraries and integration hooks for internal dashboards is part of the scope. Partnering with security and legal teams to validate regional rules and content policies is required. You will ship performant interfaces that meet accessibility targets and localization needs. Optimizing build pipelines and runtime behavior to reduce load and improve stability is expected. Reviewing outcomes through metrics and iterating on interactions that move acquisition goals is part of the responsibility.

Requirements

You must hold eligibility to work in Singapore without sponsorship. You bring multiple years of professional frontend experience in complex user flows. Strong skills in JavaScript ecosystems and modern frameworks are required. Experience integrating with backend APIs and handling security constraints is necessary. Maintaining high standards for testing, linting, and deployment practices is expected.

Nice to have

Experience with AI coding tools and extensible editor interfaces is valued.

Skills & tools

About the team

The Frontend Growth Team at OKX focuses on building and optimizing user-facing experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. Working closely with product and growth functions, the team develops and enhances features that support affiliate programs, marketing campaigns, SEO, and ASO initiatives. They translate complex growth strategies and business logic into scalable, high-performance frontend solutions. By combining data-driven insights with continuous experimentation, the team supports OKX's expansion efforts, addressing both global reach and localization needs while improving overall user experience.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop and maintain frontend solutions with performance, scalability and continuous integration in mind. use AI coding agents and tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks across the team's workflow. Design and maintain reusable AI extensions like custom skills, MCP servers, and tool integrations. Develop an understanding of analytics and experimentation frameworks to validate product hypotheses. Collaborate with security and legal to ensure regional rules and content policies are reflected in the user interface. Optimize interfaces for speed, stability, and accessibility across regions. Coordinate with backend services to integrate APIs and manage data flow. Contribute to component libraries and developer tools that enable efficient product iterations. Use metrics to evaluate interface effectiveness and iterate based on acquisition outcomes.
