- Partner with pre-sales colleagues to build reusable playbooks that standardize responses to recurring enterprise security inquiries.
- Represent the voice of the customer within product development circles, highlighting friction points and opportunities for platform enhancement.
- Leverage data from live proof-of-concept deployments to refine value propositions and demonstrate measurable return on investment.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices for conducting virtual and in-person technical consultations with global clients.
- Navigate complex procurement discussions by providing authoritative guidance on compliance, governance, and identity standards.
- Calibrate communication styles to align with the distinct priorities of technical practitioners and executive decision-makers.
- Maintain a current awareness of the broader identity and access management ecosystem to contextualize competitive differentiators.
Requirements
- You possess a minimum of five years of cumulative experience in customer-facing technical roles focused on identity, access, or security domains.
- You have a proven track record of managing the technical aspects of the sales cycle in close partnership with account executives and deal champions.
- You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in explaining intricate software architectures, protocols, and data flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You hold a strong understanding of modern authentication protocols, including but not limited to OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.
- You have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their identity services.
- You are adept at diagnosing integration issues across diverse technology stacks, including legacy systems and contemporary cloud-native applications.
- You exhibit a high level of comfort when operating in ambiguous situations, where requirements are evolving and solutions are not immediately apparent.
- You hold a background in consulting or professional services where you managed client expectations and delivered complex technical outcomes.
Practical notes
The engagement is Full-time, and the position is based in Dublin, Ireland. This role requires travel to client sites across the EMEA region as necessary to conduct assessments and present solutions. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship, as the company is unable to sponsor visas for this position at this time.
