Product Manager, Zero Trust Authentication

In this position, you will spearhead the strategic direction and implementation for the Zero Trust Authentication division within the Device Identity and Access team. Your primary focus will be on developing a robust infrastructure that ensures the verification of device health and security status before allowing access to corporate resources. This role is pivotal in reinforcing the security framework of the organization, ensuring that only compliant devices can connect to sensitive systems.

What you'll do

• Formulate and articulate the product roadmap specifically for device authentication and security posture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of features associated with endpoint identity and security, from ideation through to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and enhance the infrastructure that assesses and validates the health of devices.
• Integrate advanced AI-driven security measures for endpoints into the existing authentication processes to bolster security.
• Ensure that access to all corporate resources is strictly limited to devices that are trusted and verified, thereby minimizing potential security risks.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, informing product development and enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive messaging and understanding of product capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and functionality.
• Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for internal stakeholders and customers to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the product.
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies related to device identity and security, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly within the realms of security or identity infrastructure, with a strong track record of successful product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage complex technical domains, particularly in relation to device identity and security posture.
• Strong capacity to execute product strategies efficiently and with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Experience working in agile development environments, with an understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
