Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end to end strategy and execution for Agentic Security within the Auth0 Identity Security portfolio. This role owns the definition of real time runtime protection for AI agents and autonomous workflows across customer environments. You will translate complex agentic security threats into clear product requirements and roadmaps that drive customer trust and commercial growth. The position requires equal comfort in deep technical agentic tooling and business focused product outcomes. You will be the primary owner for ensuring that our security solutions remain effective against the fastest evolving attack vectors. What you'll do
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap for Agentic Security on the Auth0 Identity Security platform.
Translate complex agentic security concepts, including MCP servers and agentic tooling, into clear product requirements that engineering can execute against.
Partner with engineering to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and scope work within sprints to ensure on time delivery.
Drive customer research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover top opportunities in runtime security and agent classification.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI, including mitigations for prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
Lead the development of behavioral analysis and real time detection capabilities that protect AI agents from compromise and infiltration scenarios.
Own the product strategy for both native agentic threats and broader fraud and risk vectors such as Account Takeover, resource draining, and fraudulent account creation.
Collaborate with Product Design to prototype and refine user experiences and APIs that serve both technical and business audiences effectively.
Work closely with Product Marketing to develop go to market narratives, content, and campaigns that drive trial conversions and Product Led Growth.
Monitor the competitive landscape continuously and identify gaps and differentiators to sharpen our product positioning.
Partner with pre sales engineering to build compelling customer value messaging, supporting assets like blogs and webinars.
Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product value realization.
Analyze product performance using data, establishing baselines and hypotheses to measure the impact of feature launches.
Drive continuous iteration based on learnings to improve adoption, retention, and high value usage of security features.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated history in security, identity, or related technical domains.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience managing products in fast paced, agile environments, with comfort for ambiguity and simultaneous priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing cross functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Deep knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including agent orchestration, MCP servers, and common agentic tooling used in productivity applications.
Clear understanding of runtime security, behavioral analysis, and the ability to classify AI agents in production environments.
Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI and common attack vectors such as prompt injection and agent intent anomalies.
Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving measurable business outcomes in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
Nice to have
Preferred experience in agentic security product management or related emerging security domains.
Background in AI agents, autonomous systems, or machine learning security concepts.
Experience with product analytics platforms and data driven decision making.
Knowledge of identity and access management in multi agent environments.
Practical notes
This role requires daily presence in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada office.
Travel may be required as needed for customer engagements or company business.
