About the role
This Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Revenue position owns the strategic direction and commercial execution of Okta's infrastructure revenue streams. You are responsible for defining the market-specific strategies that determine how Okta supports large-scale enterprise customers globally and turns resilience into a foundation of trust. In this role, you will architect the commercial backbone for Okta's infrastructure capabilities, ensuring rapid execution aligns precisely with business objectives. You will operate with speed, ownership, and a commitment to excellence in every decision you make. This position requires a deep partnership with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will translate ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable plans that keep projects moving forward without delay. Ultimately, you will lead the evolution of Okta's portfolio by representing trust metrics and foundational strategy in high-stakes discussions.
Location and Engagement
This role is based in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington; or Washington, DC. The engagement model is hybrid, allowing for flexible in-office collaboration. There is no citizenship requirement for this role, but the successful candidate must be physically present on US soil, including the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or outlying areas as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is $3,491,531.
What you'll do
- Design pricing structures for infrastructure offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
- As the primary authority on resiliency and scale, champion these standards in critical customer discussions and executive briefings.
- Analyze research data to uncover patterns that directly inform infrastructure product decisions and prioritization.
- Own end-to-end strategy for cloud services posture and disaster recovery enhancements, driving execution from conception to launch.
- Guide cross-functional squads, including engineering and sales, to launch infrastructure solutions efficiently and on schedule.
- Evaluate partner opportunities to ensure platform offerings evolve with customer expectations and market trends.
- Translate ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable plans that maintain momentum and remove blockers for the team.
- Monitor delivery details rigorously while maintaining a sharp focus on the broader strategic landscape and long-term goals.
- Lead private cloud and dynamic scaling initiatives, representing these efforts within Okta's portfolio evolution and growth strategy.
- Represent trust metrics and foundational strategy when assessing enterprise prospects, engaging in high-stakes discussions with confidence.
- Ensure that infrastructure product decisions are grounded in data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
You bring a minimum of five years of product management experience focused on platform or infrastructure offerings in a enterprise software environment. You possess a deep understanding of AWS, GCP, and related cloud computing technologies, including their architectural principles and service models. You excel at transforming unclear contexts into structured, executable plans that account for risk and scalability. You see the big picture while effectively managing intricate project details, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing is fundamental to your success in shipping high-quality outcomes and meeting customer needs. Strong analytical and judgment skills enable you to analyze problems, identify root causes, and decide quickly in fast-paced situations. Your leadership and communication abilities allow you to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership. You manage several initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and commitments. A passion for Okta's potential and a thirst for learning across business and technical contexts are essential to thriving in this role and contributing to long-term success.
Nice to have
Experience in delivering cloud SaaS business models and infrastructure delivery is highly valued as it provides direct insight into customer needs and market expectations. A background in consulting, venture capital, business strategy, or an advanced degree in a technical or business field is considered a strong asset for understanding complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
