Senior IOS Engineer
Job description
Senior IOS Engineer at Office Hours.
About the role
This position represents a rare opportunity to define a new platform from scratch as the first dedicated iOS expert at Office Hours. You will architect the mobile experience, dictating technical direction and long-term product strategy from the ground up. The role grants significant ownership over product decisions, user interaction paradigms, and the overall aesthetic and performance of the application. You will guide the evolution of the app through initial launch and sustained growth, shaping its identity in a competitive market. Collaboration with design and product leadership will be constant, translating abstract concepts into concrete, high-fidelity digital experiences. You are expected to establish engineering standards and best practices that will scale as the mobile team expands, ensuring consistency and quality. Success in this role will be measured by the creation of a polished, delightful application that achieves product-market fit and resonates deeply with users.
