Your Core Mission in Japan

You will coordinate the intake of green power data across Japanese operations and define implementation steps with worldwide teams. By designing review checkpoints, you will guide regional energy partners toward valid, reliable solutions. You will own the complete workflow from intake to delivery while safeguarding uptime and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: 6,000,000 JPY per month

Primary Responsibilities

Define intake standards for renewable energy information in Japan.

Coordinate build activities with Tokyo Gas partners to validate energy models.

Review output quality to protect billing accuracy before production release.

Deploy stable solutions that keep service reliable for local customers.

Guide partners during handoffs to ensure consistent regional energy flows.

Champion practices that sustain workload balance during seasonal peaks.

Resolve escalations with calm, consistent responses to protect customer experience.

Encourage originality so team members can apply their natural working styles.

Requirements

Bring three to five years of operations experience in energy or utility services.

Use Japanese and English comfortably in professional settings.

Balance independent work and pressure while adhering to free responsibility principles.

Handle sensitive energy data with strict respect for privacy and security.
