What you'll do
Investigate billing and payment anomalies by gathering data from internal systems and external sources to verify accuracy.
Coordinate flexible payment arrangements by balancing customer constraints with company policies to reach sustainable agreements.
Interpret complex tariff structures and regulations to translate them into clear information for customers during conversations.
Lead proactive outreach campaigns using segmentation logic to contact customers at risk of payment issues before they escalate.

Requirements
