Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement
Job description
About the role
You are tasked with ensuring the GTM team becomes the most technically proficient, strategically lethal, and commercially astute sales force in the AI infrastructure market. Selling against legacy hyperscalers requires deep, consultative understanding of network topology, liquid cooling efficiency, parallel computing architectures, and total cost of ownership at the megawatt scale. You will write the definitive textbook on selling AI infrastructure rather than managing an off-the-shelf training program. In your first 2 months, you will operate as an investigative journalist and chief curriculum designer, interviewing core engineers, riding along on complex enterprise sales calls, and authoring V1 playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides. Simultaneously, you will grow and manage a team of regional enablement leads to multiply your impact globally. This role demands intellectual curiosity, coaching excellence, and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into commercially compelling narratives that drive measurable win rates and deal velocity.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define V1 playbooks by distilling deeply technical concepts from Engineering and Product teams into actionable sales narratives, competitive battle cards, and detailed ROI calculators that de-risk enterprise procurement decisions.
Architect and personally run comprehensive onboarding bootcamps for all new customer-facing hires, acting as primary coach, technical translator, and mentor during their critical 90-day ramp period.
Shadow live 8-figure enterprise sales calls, reviewing Gong and Chorus recordings to deliver direct, high-EQ feedback to Account Executives and identify organizational knowledge gaps in real-time.
Build and sustain an ongoing learning culture by designing rigorous certification programs for new product launches, such as a new GPU cluster coming online, and running advanced negotiation and technical workshops for tenured reps.
Establish stringent baseline metrics to measure enablement impact, including time-to-first-deal, quota attainment ramp, and win rates against specific competitors, then iterate relentlessly based on hard data.
Own the creation of objection-handling guides that address the most complex technical and commercial concerns raised during enterprise selling cycles.
Develop targeted resources such as one-pagers and quick Loom videos the moment recurring roadblocks are identified in the sales process.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure enablement materials accurately reflect the latest platform capabilities and architectural differentiators.
Drive adoption of enablement content by aligning training schedules with product release calendars and major sales campaigns.
Coach regional enablement leads on high-impact selling techniques, ensuring consistent execution of playbooks across all geographies.
Analyze sales performance data to pinpoint gaps in rep capabilities and tailor learning interventions that close those gaps efficiently.
Champion a feedback loop where sales outcomes inform the continuous improvement of training materials and certification standards.
Lead cross-functional workshops that align sales, product, and customer success on messaging, positioning, and competitive strategy.
Serve as the central technical authority for customer-facing teams, providing rapid support on complex infrastructure questions during critical deal cycles.
Champion the use of data-driven decision-making in enablement, ensuring every training initiative is tied to observable business outcomes.
Requirements
7+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, or as a highly technical, quota-carrying rep such as Sales Engineer or technical AE who successfully transitioned into enablement and coaching.
Deep-tech experience and intellectual curiosity with an immense appetite for continuous technical learning around infiniband networking, GPU cluster utilization, and cloud infrastructure.
A proven portfolio of structured, highly effective enablement playbooks, bootcamps, or training modules that you conceptualized, built from a blank page, and successfully deployed.
An exceptional ability to command a room of highly experienced, fiercely independent enterprise sellers through deep domain knowledge, undeniable commercial value, and a collaborative, high-EQ coaching style.
A proactive, gap-finding mindset that defaults to creating highly targeted resources the moment a recurring roadblock appears in the sales process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of translating intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for senior sales professionals.
Experience coaching and developing adult learners in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment where results and rigor are paramount.
Comfort operating in a matrixed organization where priorities shift quickly and cross-functional alignment is essential for success.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer and internal information with the utmost discretion.
